Exhibitor Registration

The MCSS Annual Conference is a professional development opportunity for Minnesota social studies teachers of all grade levels. The conference includes speakers and engaging sessions on disciplines and strategies. This year's conference will be held at the Duluth Entertainment Convention Center (aka "the DECC") in Duluth, Minnesota on Monday, March 4, 2019.

The DECC will be open to exhibitors to set up starting at 8:30 a.m. on Monday, March 4, 2019.

Dedicated exhibitor time for the conference attendees will be from 12noon through 1:30p.m.

We also welcome exhibitors to network with leading educators from around that region at our Social Studies Social on Sunday evening, March 3, from 5-9 p.m. at Clyde Iron Works in Duluth. You can register for the Social along with your exhibitor registration.

**Exhibitors who would like to be included in the conference program must register by Friday, February 1, 2019.**

Exhibitor registration closes Friday, February 15, 2019.

Registration deadline for the Social Studies Social closes at 12:00 p.m. on Tuesday, February 19, 2019.

Payment: You may pay online with a major credit card or send a check payable to MCSS to: Jennifer Hansen - MCSS Treasurer, 639 17th St. SE, Owatonna, MN 55060. All exhibitor spaces must be paid by February 15, 2019.

Cancellations: Full refunds will be issued for notifications of cancellation received on or before February 8, 2019.
No refund will be issued in the event of cancellation on or after February 9, 2019.

The Minnesota History Center will be open to exhibitors to set up starting at 8:30 a.m. on Monday, February 26, 2024.

Dedicated exhibitor time for the conference attendees traditionally occurs after the first 3 sessions. More info to follow.

We also welcome exhibitors to network with leading educators from around that region at our Social Studies Social on Sunday evening, February 25, from 5:30-8:30 p.m. (Location - Minnesota Humanities Center). You can register for the Social along with your exhibitor registration.

**Exhibitors who would like to be included in the conference program must register by Friday, January 19, 2024.**

Exhibitor registration closes Friday, February 9, 2024.
